Our passion is great food. Our talented chefs cook meals in-house from scratch using whole ingredients sourced responsibly from local food vendors and farms. These meals are cooked in batches throughout the meal periods to ensure freshness. We’re committed to the health of our programs, the environment and our communities.
Sourcing and Procurement
Our menus are customized for your campus and highlight our partnerships with local suppliers. Doing so maximizes the use of fresh and seasonal products. Our procurement team works diligently to identify ethical local purveyors who conform to our safety and insurance requirements. By sourcing locally, we reduce our emissions and the harvest to table footprint. We believe that investing in the local economy is not only cost-effective, but also the right thing to do.
Our commitment to sustainability is constantly evolving. From our efforts to locally source ingredients to our sustainable best-practices, your community will enjoy the benefits of our desire to be stewards of the environment. Have a campus garden? Want to compost and recycle more? We can help!
Our managers and team members are ServSafe® trained and certified, and we follow HACCP guidelines to ensure our food is safe. We partner with administration and parents to accommodate food allergies. Each of our team members undergo regular drug tests and background checks and we carry substantial insurance policies to safeguard your community.
Transparent Financial Reporting
Each of our partnerships are operated as an independent entity. We keep all invoices and operating data on campus. Our management fee structure is clear, agreed upon, and fixed. You’ll pay actual program costs and our books are always open for your review. There are never any hidden fees and you’ll feel comfortable understanding the financial data from your dining program.
